Smart VIN Report provides vehicle history reports based on Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) for vehicles in the United States. Our reports compile information from various sources including:

• State Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) records
• Insurance company databases
• Auction house records
• Service and maintenance records
• Title and registration information

3. Data Accuracy and Limitations

While we strive to provide accurate and comprehensive information, Smart VIN Report cannot guarantee the completeness or accuracy of all data. The information in our reports is based on available records and may not include:

• Unreported accidents or damage
• Service performed at independent shops that don't report to databases
• Recent events that haven't been processed into databases
• Information from sources not included in our database network

4. Payment and Refund Policy

Payment for Smart VIN Report services is processed securely through Stripe. Our refund policy includes:

• Full refund available within 24 hours of purchase if report contains insufficient information
• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days to original payment method
• No refunds for reports containing accurate information, regardless of content

5. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during the purchase process is used solely for service delivery and customer support. We do not sell, share, or distribute personal information to third parties except as required for payment processing and report generation.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Smart VIN Report services for:

• Any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• Violating any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• Infringing upon or violating our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• Harassing, abusing, insulting, harming, defaming, slandering, disparaging, intimidating, or discriminating
• Submitting false or misleading information

7. Limitation of Liability

Smart VIN Report shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Smart VIN Report and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
